Management Consultancy

Management Consultancy is both an art and science of discerning the status and general operating procedures associated with an Organization. As part of this discernment process, we seek to identify ways to enhance the overall business operating model, and help the organization to make better use of its existing resources. We also include the process of projecting possible avenues of future growth and how to go about preparing to initiate that growth.

Our services will be required by the Organization when there is the presence of elements that seem to be preventing the Organization from realizing its full potential. We examine the overall operation, then begin to systemically assess the function of each part of the model, including management and supervisory functions. Along the way, we identify specific areas of concern and begin to formulate strategies to resolve those concerns.

Regardless of the actual steps involved, our Modus Operandi can be divided into three areas: Discovery, Evaluation, and Restructuring. Discovery involves getting to know the culture of the business, including how the business currently operates. Evaluation involves identifying the assets and liabilities inherent in that current model. Restructuring focuses on the task of building on existing assets while simultaneously turning liabilities into assets or eliminating the liabilities altogether.

We provide customized solutions to the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Exporters. We work with clients on strategy, planning & problem solving. Based on our detailed analysis and review of the business we design the required business model and plans specific to the Organization. We focus on brain storming sessions with the clients and their team to come up with practical and implementable solutions for achieving the planned improvements and results.
