N.P. Agarwal is the founder and promoter of the Organization. He has more than four decades of experience in the field of Indirect Taxation with a specialized focus on refund/ rebate of Excise, Service Tax and Duty Drawback. He is also a partner and consultant in the Legal Firm ''NOMOS- The Spirit of Law'' that looks into all kinds of legal matters pertaining to Indirect Taxes. With his versatile experience and close cooperation with prominent Corporate Houses, he is renowned as an efficient, knowledgeable and trusted advisor.

Abhishek Jalan

Abhishek Jalan has done his Master's in Business Administration and has been associated with the Organization for over a decade. He is well versed with Service Tax laws and is adept in their proper implementation according to the clients need.
